THIS YEAR IS THE 'YEAR OF THE SUNFOLK' and that means Pan-African people and those whose orientation is towards the Sun and the GLORIOUS AND MAGNIFICENT PAN-AFRICAN CIVILIZATIONS BASED ON CREATIVITY, HIGH INTELLECTUALISM, AGRICULTURE AND FAMILY - Recognizes this celebration of the AFRICAN NEW YEAR which is MISTAKENLY CALLED 'Carnival' or 'Mardigras' or 'Nottinghill Carnival,' but is actually a copy of the ancient Nubian/Cushi, Khemet, Sahara, Nok-Wagadu (West African), and Black Negroid cultures of South and SE Asia.
REMEMBER TO CELEBRATE AND RECOGNIZE AFRICAN FESTIVALS AND CELEBRATIONS AND TO RECOGNIZE AND CELEBRATE THE 'AFRICAN NEW YEAR,' on the Spring Equanox of March, 2008.

1. Develop a good system of health and good nutrition to improve the health of Pan-Africans.

Therefore, AFRICANS MUST RECOGNIZE THAT THE SAME PEOPLE WHO WIPED OUT THE BLACK POPULATION IN INDIA, NORTH AFRICA, SOUTHERN/EASTERN CHINA AND EUROPE AND ARE TRYING TO DO SO IN 'LATIN AMERICA/AMERICA' are still around. Hence Africans have to implement policies that ENCOURAGE POPULATION EXPANSION.
4. Develop strong ties with the Pan-African/Pan-Negro Disaspora (and other people sympathetic to the Black cause of advance and self-preservation).
5. Coordinate, develop and use skills of Pan-Africans/Pan-Negro people (Pan-Negro people are those Blacks living in places like South India, Indian Ocean, Melanesia, SE Asia, Australia-- WHO ARE OF ANCIENT AFRICAN ORIGINS AND ORIGINAL IN THE LANDS THEY LIVE TODAY.
6. Start an African and Pan-African/Global Black renaissance.
