Population control, family planning, abortion and sterilization to achieve population control ARE TOOLS OF BOTH PHYSICAL AND CULTURAL GENOCIDE. However, a very important aspect of the effects of population control, family planning and abortion is ECONOMIC GENOCIDE ON NATIONS, CULTURES AND POPULATIONS WHO MUST HAVE LARGE POPULATIONS IN ORDER TO SURVIVE AND TO BUILD THEIR ECONOMIES -- PEOPLE AND POWER EQUALS DEVELOPMENT.

The article entitled 'LETTER TO SAINT LUCIA,' was written in the Tuesday Voice, 08 May, 2007 by Mark Laporte (The Voice, Darling Road, Castries, P.O. Box 104, Saint Lucia, West Indies ( voice@candw.lc )

The article examines the very disasterous and dangerous social, cultural and particularly ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL negative effects on the economy of nations.

Mr. Laporte begins his facinating and thrilling, educative and thought-provoking essay:

"The Economic impact on family planning, Abortion, Population control on the Gros Domestic product, Revenue and Recurrent Expenditure."

He continues, "In part two of my letter to you, I addressed a few of the multiple consequences created by our declining population on our National Insurance and I mused on how this would encourage EMIGRATION (people particularly the young leaving) because they would be unwilling to share the greater burden brought about by the increased contribution into the fund which each member of our shrinking labor force would have to make."

"In fact, we must reflect seriously on the effect that ABORTION, FAMILY PLANNING AND POPULATION CONTROL, AS PRACTICED IN SAINT LUCIA (AND THE PAN-NEGRO/PAN-AFRICAN WORLD) have on Government revenue and Recurrent Expenditure and on our Gros Domestic Product. This is something we must take notice of, call attention to, as we contemplate our future as Saint Lucians (as Pan-Negro and Pan-African People)."

"We must be made aware and come to know this fact:
ABORTION, FAMILY PLANNING AND POPULATION CONTROL STEALS (ROBS) OUR ECONOMY (ECONOMIES) OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. In its practical sense, population control and family planning as practiced in Saint Lucia (and THE BLACK WORLD) can be termed as DOMESTIC ABUSE OF AN ENTIRE NATION (OR THE ENTIRE BLACK WORLD), and as such, it is an act of sustained violence against Saint Lucians (AND THE BLACK WORLD, PAN-NEGRO AND PAN-AFRICAN NATIONS)."

"This abuse of our domestic economy IMPACTS VIOLENTLY THE ECONOMIES OF OTHER OECS (Organization of Eastern Caribbean States) countries (AS WELL AS BLACK/AFRICAN NATIONS AND COMMUNITIES GLOBALLY), which share the EC dollar and secondarily the economies of all Caribbean nations including those which trade on the Caribbean stock exchange, and are members of Caribbean Single Market and Economy for nation's economy is fundamentally buying and selling, that is trading, wholesale and retail which affects our fixed assets."

Laporte introduces some very important information on why family planning, abortion and population control is destructive to the physical population as well as the economies of nations.

"The implications for the EC dollar (Eastern Caribbean dollar) is quite obious, for such a situation if allowed to develop would puncture holes in, UNDERMINE, SABOTAGE, MAIM THE FINANCIAL NETWORK THAT WE US E THE DOLLAR TO CREATE THIS WEAVING TOGETHER WHICH WE HOLD SO DEARLY, AND OF WHICH WE ARE A PART.
What affects our economy here in Saint Lucia (or Africa, or African-America, or Afro-Brazil, Afro-Latin America, THE MELANESIAN UNION), affects all other Caribbean economies (or Pan-African, Pan-Negro economies).
Should not this be the pivotal though, the core motivation which stir us to examine the PHILOSOPHICAL BASIS AND THE OBJECTIVES OF FAMILY PLANNING AND POPULATION CONTROL AS PRACTICED HERE IN SAINT LUCIA AND INDEED THE ENTIRE CARIBBEAN (AND THE ENTIRE BLACK WORLD)?

Should it not agitate us to upen to review the agendas of those nations who first developed the idea of population control? Should not our historical relationship with these nations which began before the Romans deforested North Africa given genesis to the Sahara Desert, followed quickly by the sacking of Carthage in North Africa, a center of Black learning and architecture connecting to the slave trade which led to the enslaving and mass death of millions of our ancestors , followed now by Global Warming which now places all life on the planet at risk of IMMINENT EXTINCTION, and is the direct result of Western Industries based on Western educational processes or parthways?

Indeed, we were fooled with Rochemel, and left to hold a financial burden as a result, we have experiences in which our own Saint Lucians (or Africans, African-Americans, Pan-Negro People, Pan-Africans) were physically abused indeed physically illtreated in our own country. When we consider the incidents of Western interference in high level Caribbean (or Pan-Africa, Pan-Negro) meetings, in which wesern representatives attempted to direct the course of events in our nations, should not these precedents serve as signals for us to examine in minute details the approach to family planning leading to NEGATIVE POPULATION CONTROL, and after we examine it, REJECT IT ALLTOGETHER?

FOR WE ARE QUITE CAPABLE AMONG OURSELVES TO DEVELOP APPROACHES TO FAMILY PLANNING WHICH WOULD ALLOW US TO ACHIEVE AN OPTIMUM LEVEL IN POPULATION IN HARMONY WITH OUR RESOURCES.

Laporte makes this very important observation about the need and the direction of priorities towares the preservation of natural resources like water.

WATER RESOURCE

"Speaking about resources, we would so well consider our (Diminishing Water Levels) here in Saint Lucia (and indeed THE ENTIRE PAN-NEGRO WORLD AND COMMUNITIES), and ask the question; can we afford to harbour large golf courses which need great amounts of water in order to keep the Green green while our people in Forrestirere (the Mountain community in East Castries, Saint Lucia) lack water?"

Added to that commentary, the question can also be asked TO PAN-AFRICAN AND PAN-NEGRO NATIONS AND COMMUNITIES GLOBALLY -- CAN WE CONTINUE TO PLANT 'CASH' CROPS TO FEED NATIONS IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD WHO KEEP THEIR FOOD TO FEED THIER OWN PEOPLE, AND RAISE THE PRICES OF 'MANUFACTURED' GOODS FROM OUR RAW MATERIALS, WHILE WE STARVE?

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

La Porte continues, "Such a potential position wouild form the elemental or basic course which places the EC dollar in danger of devaluation (a problem that is befalling the US dollar). Think about that, all of you, who are selling your landed heritage, the result of which sets events in motion which affects the direction of government and the quality of future governance of Saint Lucia (or other Pan-African AND Pan-Negro nations and communities globally). Aditionally your millions woun't be worth much if your properties are gone and your money devalued.
ADITIONALLY, YOUR MILLIONS WOUN'T BE WORTH MUCH IF YOUR PROPERTIES ARE GONE AND YOUR MONEY DEVALUED.

It is not a matter of blindly copying using the Western idea of family planning, natural family planning oriignates with the Almighty Spirit and is accepted and acted upon by A MIND WHICH IS FREE FROM DOMINATION BY WESTERN THOUGHT; BUT GUIDED BY THE ALMIGHTY SPIRIT AND A MIND WHICH RECEIVES CONCEPTS, EQUATIONS RELATING TO FAMILY PLANNING DIRECTLY FROM THE ALMIGHTY and not, repeat not throught any third party, nor earthly mediator."

"IT IS NOT SIMPLY POPPING THE ABORTION PILL OR SWALLOWING THE SEVENTY-TWO HOUR TABLET OR USING INSTRUMENTS OF DEATH TO ABORT A FETUS OR USING AN IUD OR A CONDOM, all which are ARTIFICIAL deadly means of directing the natural processes of reproduction. These largely irresponsible actions are presently AFFECTING THE VITALITY OF OUR ECONOMY AND THESE EFFECTS CAN BE FELT FOR GENERATIONS. Is this the legacy that we say that we love so much?"

La Porte explains further, the connection between distruction and stagnation of economies, poverty due to lack of a strong population and abortion/family planning

"THIS IS HOW IT WORKS"

"Labor force, less employed persons who have the capacity to work, equals PRODUCTIVITY FORCES OR EMPLOYED PERSONS. I call them the productivity force for they provide the energy which via works results is production. Therefore PRODUCTIVITY FORCE equals GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT WHICH is tantamount to GENERAL GOVERNMENT REVENUE = BUDGETS PAYMENTS OF GOVERNMENT'S RECURRENT EXPENDITURE and affects the ability of government to meet its obligations to its people."

"If our productivity force continues to shrink, so does our Gross Domestic Product, which leaves government with less revenue for investments, and less money to meet its expenses, namely our recurrent expenditure. Remember that a shrinking budget results in an INCREASING inability for any government to establish the vehicle or framework for the creation of a better standard of living for us Saint Lucians ( and also, African-Americans, Africans, Pan-Africans, Pan-Negro People (like the fanatical and racist scheme to spread population control in Black Papua New Guinea, while the same people sit back and tolerate/allow genocide of Blacks in West Papua),, who are the victims of abortion and family planning policies of genocide, along with genocidal schemes like massive confinement, AIDS/diseases, unfair trade policies, drug and alcohol addiction, cultural genocide perpetuated by 'missionaries' spreading their religions and culture and distroying what is Black or Africa or the breakup and destruction of the family structure, including the abomination of abortion, sterilization and family planning).

La Porte continues, "Someone might say, "increasing the level of production and its quality can offset the negative economic effects of a declining population," we will discuss the implications of this in a later chapter."

LET US LOOK AT THE FIGURES

"In Saint Lucia (AND IN THE REST OF THE PAN-AFRICAN AND PAN-NEGRO/BLACK WORLD), we have an available labor force (employed and unemployed) of 88,110 of which 76,020 were employed in December of 2006. Our Gros Domestic Product, as of December 2006 stands at 1,422,230,000 (one billion, four hundred and twenty two million, two hundred and twenty three thousand dollars). 76,020 (people) generated that figure in all areas of economic activity in Saint Lucia namely agriculture, mining, manufacturing, construction, electricity and water banking and insurance, Real Estate, Hotel and Restaurants, transport, wellings ect. If 76,020 (people) generated that level of activity, how much does one person generate?"

"Answer 1,422,23 billion divided by 76,020 = 20,311,77. Our Gross Domestic product is generated by our employed persons. Our employed persons come from our POPULATION. Our population comes from the union of sperm and ova resulting in BIRTHS. Therefore, DECREASES IN OUR FERTILITY AND OUR PROCREATION WILL HAVE A CONGRUENT IMPACT ON OUR GNP AND ALSO ON OUR GOVERNMENTS REVENUE AND RECURRENT EXPENDITURE: In other words, if this is allowed to continue, we will be in danger of becoming a BEGGAR NATION (OR BEGGER COMMUNITY), a MENDICANT PEOPLE going hat in hand to nation/power
prostituting ourselves for a few dollars!"

"Instead let us act with wisdom as well as saying about ourselves that: "FINANCIALLY WE ARE WORTH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND OUR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE ARE A FOUNDATIONAL RESOURCE FOR THE GENERATING AND UTILIZING OF SUCH GOOD WEALTH, INCLUDING PRODUCTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE IMPROVED LIVING STANDARD OF ST. LUCIA(ANS) (BLACK/AFRICAN AMERICAS, PAN-AFRICAN NATIONS, GLOBAL BLACK/PAN-NEGRO COMMUNITIES)."

"Our ability to govern ourselves is directly affected and the function of government of the country (or Black Nations and Communities worldwide) must not be subject to any greater influence from outside! The underlying philosophy of family planning and population control state in part. Quote, "INI THE GUISE OF SELLING THEM THE CONCEPT OF FREEDOM, GIVE THE PEOPLE YOU INTEND TO DESTROY MONEY OUR SOME SEEMING INVESTMENT IN EXCHANGE FOR THEIR NATURAL RESOURCES FOR EXAMPLE, WATER, THEN AT A POINT WHEN THE TARGET NATION OR PEOPLE IS MOST ECONOMICALLY VULNERABLE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF DEPOPULATION VIA FAMILY PLANNING, CAUSE THE DEVALUATION OF THEIR CURRENCY IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE ENSUING ECONOMIC CRISIS WOULD APPEAR AS THE RESULT OF THE INTERNAL DYNAMICS (BACK FLOW, UNREST) OF THE TARGET NATION". End Quote."

In other words:

(a) The GNP is eroded by causing a drastic fall in population which negatively affects the work force.

(b) A decline in the work force leads to an extension of the age of retirement from 55 to say 75. This further slows productivity and innovation, and negates research and development.

(c) The decline in GNP leads to large scare economic problems including revenue decline.

(d) Declining economic activity leads to unemployment, inflation and devaluation.

(e) These affect the functions of Government, causes political instability, crime, emigration, and the eventual collapse of the nation. Government and people therefore become wide open to every RAPTOR nation which by its predatory approaches proceeds to rape the declining, defenceless nation. WE MUST AVOID THIS."

"DEFINITION OF POLITICAL POWER"

Laporte continues, "Changes which affect the economy affect the political parties of Saint Lucia { as well as, African nations, African-Americas communities (African-America, Afro-Brazil, Afro-Latin America),, the Melanesian Union (Papua New Guinea, Fiji, West Papua, Northern Australian Territories, Vanuatu, Samoa, New Caledonia, East Timor, others}, and therefore the people who make up the parties, and responses to negative trends in Saint Lucia's economy (or any Pan-African/Black nation) brought on by the effect of family planning can result in political action which is proactive, taking action ahead of time, reactive, responding to circumstances after the event."

Laporte observes,

"Therefore in order to arrive at a functional definition of the term 'POLITICAL POWER,' in a rudimentary sense within the environment, circumstance, outlined so far, we must consider that these probable conditions can bring about changes in Saint Lucian politics both in the structure of local political parties and their substances or character which make up the parties, for the parties are driven by local socio-economic conditions. For example the parties may become more ULTRA-MASCULINE in order to appear to exert more power to deal with the negative economic circmstances or they may be rendered ineffective by greed and intrigue and as such people of dubious character are attracted into that kind of politics because they are seeking personal monetary gain, for the prevailing conditions would give rise to a survival mentality."

"However political power is truely obtained when members of government have acquired the knowledge of the socio-economic needs of their constituencies and able to meet those needs appropriately and in a timely manner to benefit the people that they represent. To achieve these ends the government would need to develop appropriate family planning programs that would allow for development of an optimum population to produce the goods and services necessary for the population."

INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES

He lays out ideas:

"This will involve utilizing innovative economic principles to generate the capital required to provide the gods and services. These pristine economic principles would require knowledge of the fixed assets and HUMAN RESOURCE CAPABILITIES, international trade agreements and use of special drawing rights (SDR) ect."

"This would require appropriate LOCAL research and develop in several areas as well as the above, including true family planning programs and making them suitable to our local conditions, (LIKE PLANNING TO HAVE LARGER FAMILIES TO OFFSET THE FLOODING OF OUTSIDERS INTO ONE'S COMMUNITIES, TO STOP ECONOMIC STAGNATION AS OLDER PEOPLE RETURE AND LESS YOUNGER ARE AVAILABLE TO PRODUCE, AND TO THWART SCHEMES OF GENOCIDE LIKE ABORTION, CONFINEMENT, DISEASES, DRUGS, FAMILY BREAK-UPS, ECT.).
Eventually we can through research and development, develop new beneficial economic, family planning for our country." (WHERE FAMILIES ARE PLANNED TO ENLARGE, WHERE 'CHOICE' IS THE CHOICE TO HAVE LARGE FAMILIES WITH FATHERS LEADING THEIR FAMILIES AND CONTRIBUTING TO FAMILY WEALTH, STABILITY AND GROWTH)

STATISTICS, SIMPLE PROPORTION AND PROJECTION

"We have seen that the productive force in Saint Lucia in 70,020 {(and about 2,000,000,000 - two billion people in the Black World) ( Saint Lucia is in the West Indies/Organization of Eastern Caribbean States), generate $1,422,230,000.00 (TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN THE REST OF THE BLACK WORLD)] as at 2006. We also know that 7,020 members of the productive force come from a pool of people created by sexual activity. As our veteran and beloved calypsonian (singer), the Mighty Pele put it, Quote. "LIFE IS SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED,' end quote."

"Notice the following: In 1983 the number of children between zero years and four years (0 to 4) of ages as recorded by our statistics department is 20,071; in 1989 the figure was 22,632; however from 1990 to 2005 the number of children between birth and four years of age is consistently below the 1983 figure, reaching a low in 2005 of 14,223. THIS REFLECTS A DECLINE OF 29.14 PERCENT FROM 1984 FIGURES. We have to become aware of this and we have to study and educate ourselves on what is really going on to find the solution. If we were to make a projection following a simple linear pattern we can conclude that AT THE VERY LEAST, the 14,223 figure will decline to 10,098 in less than ten years because the RATE OF DECLINE WILL INCREASE. Bear in mind that at zero birth rate the population will decline exponentially to zero, NOTHING, NADA, and THAT IS THE AIM OF THE FAMILY PLANNERS AND POPULATION CONTROLLERS. That is what they plan but there is a catch to their scheme! Hmmm!"

APPLYING THE MATH

"Our work force is composed of people between the ages of 18 years and 55 years. This means that they entered the work force between 1966 and 1988, for a fifty five year old people (person) was born in 1951 and entered the workforce at age fifteen, when he or she left primary school (grade school/elementary school) unless he (or she) went on to secondary school (high school). The years 1988 was just two years before the population decline of the age group zero to four began to be reflected in the statistics."

"Most of those who entered the workforce between 1966 and 1988 are still at work and producing 1, 422,23 billion GNP. However, those who WILL ENTER THE WORKFORCE ARE THOSE IN THE GROUP 0 - 4 YEARS OF AGE AND IT IS THEIR MEMBERS WHICH REFLECT A DECLINE. We deduce therefore that if the age group zero for (to) four years reflect a 29.1 percent decline, that our labor force will reflect a 29.1 percent decline which translates to 29.1 percent and mroe decline in the Gros Domestic Product. THIS TYPE OF DECLINE CAN CUT AN INCREASINGLY LARGE SLICE FROM OUR GNP (AND THAT IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY MANY BLACK NATIONS ARE FALLING INTO POVERTY -- THEY ARE BEING FOOLED TO 'CONTROL THIER POPULATIONS' AND FUTURE PRODUCERS AND THEY ARE BEING ENCOURAGED AND TRICKED TO TOLERATE ABORTIONS AND OTHER GENOCIDAL SCHEMES).

If 100 % = $1,422,23 billion dollars of GNP
Therefore 20.1 = $413.868,930 (414 millioni dollars) plus the interest.

If we were to project this to the future according to the rate of decline ------. DO YOU GET THE IDEA? WE LOSE EVEN MORE MONEY.

ALTERNATELY, AN INCREASE IN POPULATION LEADS TO AN INCREASE IN REVENUE:

Therefore:"

"(a) LESS BIRTHS = Small Labor Force = Small Domestic Product = Economic Instability and Economic Problems = Increasing Political Instability and Increasing Weakness

(b) BIRTHS = Labor Force = Gros Domestic Product = Economic Stability and Growth = Political Stability and Strength"

Laporte concludes:

"The deduction is that FAMILY PLANNING AND POPULATION CONTROL AS PRACTICED IN SAINT LUCIA (IN BLACK AMERICA, AFRICA, THE MELANESIAN UNION, AFRO-BRAZIL, AFRO-LATIN AMERICA AND BLACK NATIONS/COMMUNITIES GLOBALLY) is an inverse relationship to Saint Lucia's (the the Black world mentioned above) ECONOMIC GROWTH AND POLITICAL STABILITY AND STRENGTH AND THEREFORE DETRIMENTAL TO OUR CONTINUED PROSPERITY AND EXISTENCE!"

ABORTION AND POPULATION CONTROL IS THEREFORE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL GENOCIDE.

SOLUTION:

PAN-AFRICAN, PAN-NEGRO, BLACK NATIONS GLOBALLY SHOULD TAKE STEPS TO BAN ALL POPULATION CONTROL MEASURES, ALL ABORTIONS AND ALL STERILIZATIONS, PARTICULARLY AT A TIME WHEN THOSE PROMOTING POPULATION CONTROL, ABORTION AND GENOCIDE, ARE THEMSELVES ASKING THEIR OWN POPULATIONS TO HAVE MORE BABIES AND ARE PAYING THEIR PEOPLE TO GET TOGETHER TO HAVE LOTS OF BABIES ( See Germany, Singapore, Russia, Poland population control policies since the very dangerous '0' population growth policies of these nations).
