Latin American racism against Black African-Descendents in Latin America is bodering on genocidal policies and attacks, says a writer for THE FINAL CALL, http://www.finalcall.com ( see 'Archives' )
This attack includes outright genocidal violence, racism, discrimination, poverty, poor health and other factors, PARTICULARY THE SCHEME TO 'LIGHTEN' AND WEAKEN THE BLACK BLOOD, THE STRONG, TOUGH PHYSICAL BUILD OF BLACKS, AND STEALING OF BLACK CULTURE.

MEETINGS HELD BY THE ORGANIZATION OF AFRICANS IN THE AMERICAS, WHO REPRESENT THE 300 MILLION BLACKS OF THE AMERICAS FROM ALASKA TO ARGENTINA HAD SOME IMPORTANT IDEAS.
Other solutions must include:
1. Stopping the 'lightening' and 'mixing' of the Black population of Latin America, the US, ELSEWHERE.
2. Building fortified towns and villages in places where there is war and violence. ARMING AND TRAINING THE BLACK POPULATION TO DEFEND THEMSELVES.
3. Building SEPARATE AND SUPERIOR BLACK SCHOOLS IN BLACK REGIONS
4. Developing GLOBAL ALLIANCES FOR ECONOMICS AND DEFENSE.
5. Creating educational opportunities, building schools.
6. Reviving and reforming Black culture and religion. REVIVING AFRICAN LANGUAGES.
7. Building strong families and unity.
ATTACKS ON BLACKS IN LOS ANGELES AND THE SCHEME TO DRIVE BLACKS AND LATINOS OUT OF VALUABLE LANDS NEEDED FOR GENTRIFICATION
The present 'rift' between Blacks and Hispanics IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN PLANNED AND PROMOTED AFTER THE RODNEY KING RIOTS. Those who saw the Black and Latino areas as prime lands for GENTRIFICATION DECIDED TO CONCOCT AND CREATE THIS 'RIFT.'
In the future, they hope that Los Angeles, A CITY FOUNDED BY BLACKS A FEW SPAIN SPANIARDS AND AMERICAN INDIANS -- WILL BE POPULATED BY EASTERN EUROPEANS, ASIANS AND EURO-AMERICANS.
They hope that Blacks and Latinos will create such horrible conditions for themselves that they will eventually flee the city of los Angeles. Added to that, CAMPS WILL BE BUILT TO PLACE THE CHILDREN OF THOSE WHO ENGAGE IN VIOLENCE AND ARE MAKING LIFE DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE SEEN AS 'CONTRIBUTORS' (EVEN THOUGH ONLY ABOUT 1 PERCENT OF PEOPLE IN THE 'INNER CITY' ARE ENGAGED IN THE ACTIVITIES THAT LEAD TO SOME OF THE PROBLEMS IN LOS ANGELES).
